We have been selling houses for our clients since 2011. We use a contracted salesperson and we continue to be engaged to ensure you receive the best office and after hours service.
We work with you prior to listing your property for sale to give your property maximum exposure and minimise costly problems by identifying issues to be addressed before you go to market. (it is too late afterwards).
You pay for marketing services such as advertising and trade me but otherwise we charge no selling fee unless we sell the property. Our fees are considerably less than commission selling for average priced properties and the higher the price the greater the saving. We do not charge commission. We believe in a fair fee for sales.
