Good advice

Do not sign any contract without seeing us first.
Lawyers know more about agreements than anyone else.
Spending money on due diligence is cheaper than finding out problems after you sign.
Be careful as to GST in property and business transactions.
If signing can wait until the next day then sleep on it. Things can often look different the next day.
Don't believe anything a salesperson tells you (some of it may be true or half true but you will not know what is)
